I am an aviation professional, and for the last year, I have been monitoring military aircraft ADS-B transmissions. There are many websites that follow aircraft traffic through aircraft ADS-B broadcasts, and some of these sites make it easy to filter the commercial aircraft from the military aircraft.
Also, if you have any aircraft’s registration number, you can locate that airplane anywhere on planet Earth where there is an ADS-B antenna and receiver connected to the Internet.
Is a surveillance technology in which an aircraft determines its position via satellite navigation or other sensors and periodically broadcasts it, enabling it to be tracked. The information can be received by air traffic control ground stations as a replacement for secondary surveillance radar, as no interrogation signal is needed from the ground. It can also be received by other aircraft to provide situational awareness and allow self-separation. ADS-B is “automatic” in that it requires no pilot or external input. It is “dependent” in that it depends on data from the aircraft’s navigation system.
After monitoring the private jets of Bill Gates of Microsoft fame and Sergey Brin and Larry Page, of Google fame, as they come and go from Moffett Federal Airfield, located at the southern end of San Francisco Bay, it is clear that the military and NASA have merged with the corporate state. On November 10th, 2014 NASA leased Google 1,000 acres near the airfield for sixty-years.
The perfect merger of the military-corporate state has taken place over the last two-decades. This is fascism, and as a longtime MICIMATT employee, I have had a front row seat watching it grow into adulthood.
Fascism is a far-right, authoritarian ultranationalist political ideology and movement, characterized by dictatorial power, militarism, forcible suppression of opposition, belief in a natural social hierarchy, subordination of individual interests for the good of the nation, and strong regimentation of society and the economy that rose to prominence in early 20th-century Europe. The first fascist movements emerged in Italy during World War I, before spreading to other European countries, such as Germany. Fascism also had adherents outside of Europe. Opposed to anarchism, democracy, liberalism, and Marxism, fascism is placed on the far-right wing within the traditional left–right spectrum.

My first longtime job at a major MICIMATT company did not end well.
I quit my former job by sending my resignation letter and badge to the president. The letter stated emphatically that someone was going to get killed where I worked within a year. That happened nine-months later.

I saw firsthand how Pratt and Whitney handled that dirt. When I was ordered to dig some up, I said no and called the EPA. That is when I discovered that where I was working was on the Environmental Protection Agency’s Superfund List. Instinctively, I knew that playing in it was not something that I was going to do. After just six short months of employment, I was ready to be fired. This led to a big fight with supervisors. After that incident, it became a very rough and rocky 14-years of employment with Pratt and Whitney, and I was passed over for promotion many times.
But you can only take so much; I rolled the dice, quit, went back to college, and I started a new life at the cost of a fourteen-year marriage.
My resume has opened the doors for unique work at large MICIMATT corporations, and climbing around rockets was what I always wanted to do.

PRATT & WHITNEY has successfully test-fired an RD-120 rocket engine on a test stand at the firm’s Government Engines & Space Propulsion rocket test site in West Palm Beach, Florida. It was the first US test firing to be made of the flight-qualified Russian-made rocket engine.
But what I have seen at these corporations is just a paperwork facade of compliance to OSHA standards. The fraud waste and abuse and the absolute disregard for being good stewards of American tax dollars was obvious, but far above my ability to quantify.
I worked directly with Russian engineers in that historic test at Pratt and Whitney; as much as I wanted to believe in a Star Trek Universe, I use to joke with my fellow unionized American Space Propulsion Mechanics that “our counterparts in Russia were making a buck an hour.” “Why do you think the U.S. Air Force and private industry wanted to buy the cheaper Russian made rocket engines?”
Who does the strategic and long-range thinking for these Air Force Generals? Where is their patriotism? Where is their common sense?
But that was no joke on my part; I knew what was coming. I watched a plant of 10,000 employees evaporate to 450 people.
Sadly, the mob is so easily led astray. Some of them had it coming. Years before, I stood up in front of two-thousand union members at a contract vote and questioned the first outsourcing of machinist’s jobs to vendors. I was shouted down.
The Superbowl was just hours away. The majority of my union brothers and sisters wanted to get the signing over and done with so that they could go home and drink beer and watch millionaires play football.
For the fourteen-years that I worked for that company, I noticed that somehow they always managed to have a contract signing at the local college auditorium on a Superbowl Sunday. The psychological sheep herding was so obvious, I never understood why union leadership played the game.
It was obvious to me back then what would happen in the future, and I told my coworkers that “this corporate greed would someday endanger the entire United States.”

Therefore, I get really tired of the corporate-media shit talk that makes these government subsidized billionaires look like heroes; for example, the mythical demi-god Steve Jobs and the suicide nets on the roof tops of Apple’s slave factories in China. The West is one war away from seeing the end of that.
The fight is real.
After half-a-dozen years at another MICIMATT corporation, I found company management only too happy to let the U.S. government set the low wage levels through the Services Contract Act. Outside of government contract work, our salaries would be double, and some chased after that. For low-level plebs, government contractor salaries tied to the SCA are as realistic as the Minimum Wage.
I began to organize coworkers into a union across the country; so I have heard every argument. However, as soon as one person stands up another will, and then another, and soon the effort snowballs when most people catch on to the facts. My longtime coworker is an excellent researcher, and he produced those facts that changed people’s minds.
Unfortunately, the corporate propaganda often works, and what makes it worse is the stereotypical behavior of union leadership; it often sells and amplifies the message of corruption. That historic corruption was always the hard part of the sale to convince people to organize.
Where have the unions been as everything was outsourced to China? That is a historic fail, and the corruption is obvious.
I have also negotiated union contracts and been lied to face-to-face by men who I once respected as military leaders; they should know better. I have come to call this The Colonel’s Club. Use to a lifetime of obeying orders, it is the retired line officers who hire on as mid-level managers at MICIMATT corporations and it is the unscrupulous who run the shakedown. The bad ones inspire by fear, which is how the military operates. Thus, they become the salesmen for the latest MICIMATT gadgets being offered to the Defense Department, whether the gadgets work or not.
MICIMATT corporations know the formula well; by retirement time in most line officers’ military careers, their kids have entered college. So, that high salary and military pension disappear, and they become wage slaves to pay for each kid’s tuition. However, I do believe that there is an obvious moral line in the sand that nobody should ever cross. How some men and women are so easily led into selling their souls is a question that I have asked just about every working day of my life.
Americans have been brainwashed by stereotypes reinforced by Hollywood. The Republic and representative democracy are a fiction, especially when the representatives of that democracy are taking payoffs.
I have seen my share of labor lawyers. I have even called the famous firm of Morgan and Morgan, hence the name of this Website. It is all about the money and the sure thing. As I always say, every American has rights, and they generally start at about $350.00 per hour. Consider that when you engage your rights, your money will disappear in $5,000.00 chunks, and you will never get your day in court, because by that time you are broke.
Sadly, when a union contract is violated, I have seen fat-cat union leadership put the financial burden of arbitration and litigation on local lodges. The local lodges surrender the lion’s share of their dues to union leadership, and therein lies the corruption. There is little left over for pricey lawyers.
National union leaders will then hob-nob with the politicians they payoff; everybody gets their pictures taken, and somehow American industry is still outsourced to China. This political graft is the very definition of organized crime.
Most people will accept Conspiracy Theories in the books that they read or the movies that they watch, but Conspiracy Theories in real life they have trouble with, even though Criminal Conspiracy has been a major part of human history.

Shortly after, the chairman of Banco Ambrosiano, Roberto Calvi, was found hanging from London’s Blackfriar’s Bridge with several pounds of bricks in his pockets. Before he was murdered, he was quoted as saying that the world works just as you see it in the movie, The Godfather.
Human civilization operates as caste system often engaging in tribal warfare led by the upper caste. The strongest and most fearful mobs rule. Why are these so-called Progressive Liberal companies so anti-union? They sound like Republican Conservatives. Why is union leadership supporting Progressive Liberals who have outsourced American industrial jobs to Chinese slave labor factories? How is Chinese slave labor any different than American slave labor in the 18th and 19th centuries?
This is the upside down world we live in, and the hypocrisy between words and deeds will lead to self-destruction.
With an appetite for wanting to know how things work, last year I assembled and organized the top 500 billionaires by country to find out who the Real Rulers are in this world. I am in the process of re-organizing it, because the fates of some have changed in 2022.
According to Forbes, there are 2,668 billionaires in the world.

It is the people on this billionaires list who are selling Climate Change, Carbon Footprints, and Green Energy. The Pratt and Whitney plant that I worked at was on the Environmental Protection Agency’s Superfund List. My guess is that they are still pumping jet fuel out of the swamp 26-years later.
Professionals who are supposed to know better are bullied by superiors to tow the line; they do, and then you, the worker-bee, have to get behind that line or then you deal with the grief. For troublemakers, therefore, it then becomes a chain of bullies.
After fourteen-years of bullying at that place, and only eleven-months before Arty died, one night my Test Lead was taken away by an ambulance after I had warned him to evacuate our shop when another Space Propulsion Mechanic was being stupid with a highly flammable and toxic chemical.
He already had a tracheotomy from throat cancer that he blamed on the company, so the vapors from the toxic chemical went directly to his lungs; he got up to investigate and was quickly overcome and we had to drag him out of the shop.
With newly installed plumbing to a 10,000 gallon kerosene fuel tank leaking like a sieve some fifty yards away, it was a disaster-movie in the making.
The next day I told my supervisor that they were all fucking crazy; you can break the law, but not the laws of physics, and so I was done and shortly after I resigned and sent my letter directly to the President of Pratt and Whitney.
I will only abide bullies so far to keep my job; however, when it gets psychotic, and I find myself analyzing the Ifs and the hypothetical Then Whats, it is time to go. And the last time that happened was in October of 1995.
Today, I am dealing with another MICIMATT company trying to do things on the cheap. Some of my technicians and I were nearly electrocuted three-years ago at their plant. So, this time they get a fight before I am forced out the door. I am not going to be chased away or intimidated like I was at Pratt and Whitney. I have been at my current job for 24-years. In these last 11-years, the new contract winner has a hard time making shit work because their low bid leaves them little profit.
I suspect that their latest business acquisition is the root of my current problems. But I am done with lawyers and fake government organizations and standards. After filing fruitless union grievances, after paying for my own attorneys, including calling Morgan and Morgan, hence the play on words, I salute America’s captains of industry by launching this Website, Pounding The Law. The YouTube Channel will soon follow.
If I do lose my current job, I am just going to take the fight into the street. Therefore, I am going to build a database on five-hundred billionaires and their companies, and then I am going to start tracking their movements in Real-Time. Each of them will get a page, and every bit of news that follows them and their cast of players will be on that page. This is an idea that I gave to one of the 20,000 Regular Readers of my other Website.

Having written four books and two screenplays, I really enjoy creating videos, because you get to be the director and editor. I turned down a television gig because I did not want to be made an ass clown via the cutting room floor. Tracking billionaire titans of the world and collecting their movement data is how some companies use private detective agencies looking for mergers and acquisitions. Billionaire movement is a form of social weather vane. This database will also include world and regional leaders.
This is my payback for the fourteen-years of grief that I received at Pratt and Whitney, and the last eleven-years of grief with my current employer.
Clearly, the world is going to hell from some historically bad leadership. These people know what is going on and they are selling bullshit; the plebs are not bulldozing the Amazon rain forest nor choking the sky with the carbon footprints of their private Gulfstream jets.
And I will certainly be monitoring those Gulfstream jets when Joe Biden lights off World War III, when they will all takeoff at once and start flying to South America and New Zealand just before the plebs eat the bombs. The U.S. Air Force calls that an Elephant Walk.
If unemployment comes, at least I will have the spare time. When readers see the Protected label removed above a person, organization, or subject that means there is now data on that page. This will be quite a task, but I see great potential growth here for a mega-site, with good advertising possibilities… that is, if the world does not go nuclear in the next few months.
After 15-years of blogging and with a built in Regular Audience of 20,000 people from my other site, this site can spool up very quickly into a profitable business, because there are potentially other highly talented coworkers who could be following me into unemployment. All of us will be pissed off, and we will all need a new purpose.
In reality, I should just cash out of this social media business and my job, and then retire to some secluded spot in the world to indulge my interests in astronomy before nuclear winter sets in… but this Website is now my answer to the corporate bullies. Nothing pisses cockroaches off more than the light.
